Use of Website
Your use of any information, materials, or products provided on the Site is entirely at your own risk, for which we are not liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available on the Site meet your requirements.
You assume all risks when using the Site, including but not limited to all risks associated with any online or offline interaction with others.
Minors and Children under Age 13.
Products and Services
It is your responsibility to identify and obey all applicable law in regard to use of any items purchased through the Site. By placing an order, you represent that the products or services purchased will be used only in a lawful manner.
We may make changes to any product or service featured on the Site, or to the prices of those products or services, at any time.
Images and descriptions of products and product types are provided only for convenience. The appearance of colors on your computer screen may depend on your computer system. We cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display the color of any product.
We do not guarantee that products are in new or like-new condition. Used clothing may have signs of wear, such as stains, fading, wrinkling, pilling, or rips/holes.
The products and services available on this website are for personal use only.
The Site accepts credit card, debit card, or PayPal payments only.
You agree to pay for any product or service in advance of the time period during which such product or service is provided, shipped, or picked up. Failure to make payment may result in the products or services being unavailable. Subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, payments received will be first applied to the oldest amount due in your account.
Pickup and shipping
All products except our curated baby collections must be picked up in person from our store at 1620 Central Avenue NE, Suite 214 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
When an order is placed for a curated collection, the collection will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser so long as that address is within the continental United States and complies with any shipping restrictions indicated on the Site.
All shipping is conducted through a third-party carrier such as UPS or the United States Postal Service. If tracking information is available for your purchase, it will be provided to you via email.
All products and services available on or through the Site are sold as-is. The Wardrobe Refinery LLC does not provide any warranty on products or services available through the Site.
ALL CONTENT AND PRODUCTS ON THE SITE OR OBTAINED FROM A LINKED SITE ARE PROVIDED TO YOU WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
If you wish to return a product you have purchased through the Site, you may do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within fifteen (15) days of your purchase and providing your name, order number, and identifying the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return item(s). It is your responsibility to ensure that returns are properly packaged for shipping. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
Items purchased from the Site that are returned in accordance with the terms of section 7a above will be eligible for a refund for the sale price of the specific items being returned.
If you pay a deposit for in-person services through the Site, your deposit may be refunded to you if you cancel your service no fewer than twenty-four (24) hours before the services are scheduled to be performed. Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service appointment are eligible for a refund of fifty percent of the deposit amount. You may cancel your appointment and request a refund by emailing email@example.com and providing your name, order number, and a statement that you wish to cancel your scheduled service.
If you reschedule your appointment for services at least twelve (12) hours prior to your appointment time, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment time. If you reschedule your appointment within twelve (12) hours of your appointment time for reasons other than inclement weather or family emergency, you will be required to pay a $10 rescheduling fee.
All refunds will be in the original form of payment.
Sales and Promotions
It is your exclusive obligation to maintain and control passwords to your account. You are exclusively responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your username and password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your username and password or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind, under any legal theory, caused by your failure to comply with the foregoing security obligations or caused by any person to whom you grant access to your account.
You may cancel your Site account at any time. To cancel, send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state “Account Cancellation” in the subject line. Please make sure that the email contains the registered user’s name, email address, and username.
After cancellation or termination of your account, we are not required to retain or store any information associated with your account and may delete or otherwise destroy such information at our sole discretion. Please note that after cancellation or termination of your account, you will no longer be eligible for refunds of purchases or deposits made through the Site, including purchases or deposits made prior to such cancellation or termination.
Third-Party Links to Site
This Site may provide links to other Sites by allowing you to leave this Site to access third-party material or by bringing third-party material into this Site via “inverse” hyperlinks and framing technology (a “Linked Site”). We have no discretion to alter, update, or control the content on a Linked Site. The fact that we have provided a link to a site is not an endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation with respect to such site or its owners or providers. There are inherent risks in relying upon, using, or retrieving any information found on the internet, and we urge you to make sure you understand these risks before relying upon, using, or retrieving any information on a Linked Site.
All materials on the Site are either owned by The Wardrobe Refinery LLC or are the property of our suppliers or licensors used under license from such suppliers or licensors. You may not use these materials except as we give you written permission to do so.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively, “Marks”) displayed on the Site are the property of The Wardrobe Refinery LLC and other parties. You are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to use as metatags on other pages or sites on the internet without the written permission of The Wardrobe Refinery LLC or such third party as may own the Marks. All information and content located on the Site is protected by copyright. You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works from, or using any content available on or through the Site for commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of the Site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
The information, software, products, and descriptions of services published on the Site or a Linked Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, and we specifically disclaim any liability for such inaccuracies or errors. We do not warrant or represent that the content on the Site is complete or up to date. We are under no obligation to update the content on the Site and may change the content on the Site at any time without notice. We may make improvements or changes to the Site at any time. We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, error-free, available, or accurate, or that any defects in the Site will be corrected.
Your only right and remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the Site or Service shall be your termination of your account and discontinuation of use of the Services.

The Wardrobe Refinery LLC (hereinafter known as “The Wardrobe Refinery,” “us,” or “we”) currently owns and operates the website known as www.thewardroberefinery.com and its subdomains (the “Site”). To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about how your information is collected and used.

What we collect
When you register an account through the Site or use the Site or any service available through the Site (the “Services”), we may collect information about you and your use of the site, including but not limited to the following types:

In order to make purchases or utilize some Services offered by The Wardrobe Refinery, you must register through the Site.
Minors and Children under Age 13. Neither the Site nor the Services are marketed to or directed towards people under the age of 13. We do not seek to collect any personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information from a child under the age of 13 has been collected, we will use all reasonable efforts to remove such information from our database.

We do not limit our disclosure of Usage Information. If you do not wish for us to collect this information, you should take steps to limit the passive collection of such data through your browser’s settings or discontinue use of the Site.
By registering an account through the Site or using the Services, you are consenting to receive certain email communications such as special offers, notifications, invoices, and administrative notices.
You have the option to opt out of receiving certain emails from us. These emails include promotional emails from The Wardrobe Refinery. You may not opt out of emails from us regarding invoices or administrative purposes.
Changing Personal Information
If the Personal Information you have provided to us changes, you may update this information by logging into your account and accessing your account settings. You should update this information as soon as possible after the change occurs.
If you cancel your account, we can remove Personal Information from our database upon request. If your account is suspended or terminated, your account information may be removed. We have no obligation to retain your information and may remove all of your account information.
We may retain your information if we believe it will be necessary for our legitimate business purposes.
How We Protect Information
The Wardrobe Refinery takes the security of your Personal Information seriously and takes precautions to protect such information. We implement industry-recognized safeguards to help protect your Personal information. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
User accounts are protected by a password. We urge you to keep your password safe. If you feel that your password may have been compromised, you should change the password and notify us immediately.
Because no method of data protection is 100% secure, the measures above are not a guarantee that such information will not be accessed or disclosed by breach of our safeguards. You understand and agree to assume these risks.
The Wardrobe Refinery reserves the right to change this policy at any time. When changes are made, we will make the revised version available and will indicate the date the revisions were made. If you have an active registration with the Site at the time the changes are made, we will also send an email notification to the email address you have associated with your account. Changes are effective as of the revision date indicated unless otherwise noted. Your continued use of the Site or the Service after such posting will constitute acceptance of the revised policy by you.
